Great day out snorkeling and diving. Those who dived within the group didn't think the diving was value for money due to the dive being cut short. They resurfaced to change their goggles, then didn't go back down. Might be better to take your own to get the full dive experience. The pictures they take are ok, reef ones are generic which is a bit disappointing as they didn't capture any of us near the reef. We still had a memorable day and these were just minor things. Highly recommend this tour company.

We really enjoyed our day out at the great barrier reef! Really friendly Captain and crew, great snorkeling locations and good lunch. Would highly recommend

We had a fantastic day out on the reef. It was a fairly rough day when we went out, but the crew made the experience great nonetheless. I recommend taking keels even if you don’t think you’ll get sea sick, it’s better safe than sorry. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we still managed to enjoy our time on the reef. It truly is a must if you are visiting Port Douglas!

We really enjoyed this part of the reef better than Cairns. We had a good time and saw a lot of colourful fish and corals. The only reason we are giving this a 4 is we were supposed to dive, which we are certified for, but were not permitted to do so bc of medical paperwork. They gave us a personal snorkel experience which was lovely. My issue was. The lady filling out the paperwork raised a question about the medical documents and when we gave her our answers, she said OK. It wasn't until we were already on our way out to the reef that we were told we were not going to be allowed to dive. I was upset bc the whole purpose of this event was to dive, not snorkel. If there was an issue, it should have been communicated and resolved before we left instead of trapping us on a boat for 8 hrs. The staff and crew were very friendly and knowledgeable. We would do it again but confirm we would be able to dive without issue. We preferred this reef to the ones we dove in Cairns.
